Pastor O'Tilia Hunter Biography

Zoe Ministries International was the spiritual child of Pastor O’Tilia Hunter for three years, before she birthed it on December 27, 2004.

Prior to that she had been leading her congregation under the name Last Stop Before Heaven Full Gospel Church II, under the guidance of Bishops Howard and Linda Shelley, which began as a Friday night Bible Study and Fellowship in January, 2002.  The then Minister Hunter saw a need to get Christians together on Friday nights for fellowship and study.  The Bible Study grew into a church on May 5, 2002,  when they held their first service in the basement of her home in Upper Marlboro, MD.  They started with four families at that time. In March 2004, the church moved to Cedar Heights Community Center in Capitol Heights, Maryland and began having service there the first Sunday in May 2004, their second church anniversary.  They then moved to the Oakcrest Community Center , also in Capitol Heights, MD.   They are currently looking for a permanent location in the DC metropolitan area.

She holds an AA in Business Administration and a BS in Human Services Management; she did her theological studies at the Washington Bible College and World Missions Bible College and Seminary.  She possess an MA in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and working towards her Ph.D. from Walden University in Counseling Education and Supervision, which she will use to further kingdom building. Pastor Hunter continues to press forward to establish and promote kingdom principals for Christian living in the 21st century marketplace.
